Customer Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and social media to convert leads into booked tours.
Provide detailed information on travel packages, destinations, and itineraries.
Address customer inquiries with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
Maintain strong follow-up practices to close sales effectively.
Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (verbal and written).
A quick learner with the ability to understand and promote travel packages.
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus but not mandatory.
Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
