Responsibilities:
- Developing new user-facing features using React.js
- Building and documenting reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Build functional and easy-to-use websites.
- Translating designs and wireframes into high quality and secure code that fits with trends in SEO and web pages high performance.
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web capable devices and browsers.
- Builds prototypes systems that meet the project quality standards and requirements and find and address performance issues prior to releasing the finished product to the backend team.
- Design and review code inclusive of efficient and reusable front-end infrastructure and components.
- Build elegant and sophisticated user interfaces aligned to the organization’s brand and web guidelines while supporting business requirements.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.
Qualifications:
- A strong understanding of all the components of Drupal CMS platform and infrastructure is required.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Thorough understanding of Angular.js and React.js and their core principles
- Strong understanding of interaction design and ability to create React animations.
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
- Experience with data structure libraries
- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization
- Familiarity with code versioning tools Git, SVN
