We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales representatives to pitch our software to potential clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident in cold-calling potential clients, and have a strong ability to persuade and influence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our software
- Qualify leads and set appointments for our sales representatives to pitch our software
- Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies to improve lead generation and appointment setting
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, preferably in a software sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
