Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design original, high-quality graphics for various products, with a focus on T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, and other merchandise.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to understand design requirements and create visually appealing and on-brand artwork.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to ensure our products remain innovative and attractive to our target audience.
- Prepare design files for production, considering different printing techniques and specifications for various merchandise items.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing T-shirt, hoodie, mug, and merchandise designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere.
- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to translate creative concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design precision.
- Ability to adapt to feedback and make revisions as necessary.
