Responsibilities
- Perform meticulous data annotation and labeling to prepare high-quality training datasets for AI models.
- Conduct comprehensive model validation and evaluation to assess performance, accuracy, and reliability.
- Apply foundational natural language processing knowledge to assist in analyzing and improving AI algorithms.
- Draft detailed documentation and analytical reports outlining audit findings, validation results, and recommendations.
- Debug and troubleshoot AI training scripts and software components using Python or JavaScript to ensure optimal function.
- Maintain strict compliance with company policies by avoiding any use of AI assistant tools or automation shortcuts throughout all tasks.
- Collaborate with AI development teams to communicate quality issues and support continuous process enhancements.
- Continuously monitor training processes and data quality to uphold the highest standards in AI performance.
- Support internal compliance testing procedures to verify adherence to project regulations and quality benchmarks.
