Apex HR Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager Production Operations to oversee the efficient functioning of production activities within the manufacturing environment. In this position, the Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating production schedules, maintaining total quality management, and optimizing resource allocation. Leadership and team management skills are essential as the candidate will directly supervise and motivate a sizable workforce. Proficiency with relevant production scheduling software and Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel is also required to support daily operational and reporting needs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, any other related field).
