We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to clients, ensuring that orders are placed, and meeting monthly targets. This role includes attractive incentives based on performance and the ability to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to clients and ensure orders are received for the company’s products and services. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat orders. 
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for client orders. 
  • Keep a detailed record of client interactions, feedback, and orders. 
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for increasing client engagement and order placement. 
  • Provide regular reports on performance, targets, and potential opportunities. 
  • Stay updated on the company’s products and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the IT services field. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office. 
  • A positive attitude and a results-oriented mindset.
