Your team.
You will be part of the admin team where you will be surrounded by a team of real goal-getters. In addition, you will work very well with our SPOC customer success team and also think about the international importance of ANYSHIFT. Because -in addition to Belgium- we are also active in Houston, TX, United States.
Your responsibilities.
Strategy & Budget: define annual strategy and manage the budget for the BU Large Accounts.
Sales: Develop account plans to ensure growth of existing business (30%) and strong focus on new business through active prospecting (70%).
Analysis: at large accounts of their processes and think along how we can digitalize these end to end.
Analysis & communication: reporting and communication to internal and external stakeholders.

You bring 10 years of experience in a B2B sales role (C-level) with an eye on sales development in large companies.
You are fluent and professional in English.
