Your team.

You will be part of the admin team where you will be surrounded by a team of real goal-getters. In addition, you will work very well with our SPOC customer success team and also think about the international importance of ANYSHIFT. Because -in addition to Belgium- we are also active in Houston, TX, United States. 

Your responsibilities.

Strategy & Budget: define annual strategy and manage the budget for the BU Large Accounts. 

Sales: Develop account plans to ensure growth of existing business (30%) and strong focus on new business through active prospecting (70%). 

Analysis: at large accounts of their processes and think along how we can digitalize these end to end.

Analysis & communication: reporting and communication to internal and external stakeholders.

How this role will contribute to our mission.

  • Annual preparation and management of Large account budget in line with ANYSHIFT strategic objectives. 
  • Drafting plan of action, master presentation ANYSHIFT, and go-to-market approach. 
  • Monitor budget and margin with a view to a positive final balance.
  • Draw up an annual target list and follow up on tenders. 
  • Convincing key accounts about the added value of ANYSHIFT as a partner in their need for flexible temporary staffing through demos, high-level negotiations, and thinking along with the strategic goals of the client. 
  • Setting up the right sales funnel. 
  • Monthly reporting to the Sales director (funnel, customer experience, sector analysis, ...)
  • Presentation of results based on analysis to the team and stakeholders.

You bring 10 years of experience in a B2B sales role (C-level) with an eye on sales development in large companies.

You are fluent and professional in English.

Strong analytical skills with knowledge and processing of financial data.
