Accounts / Operations Manager

Anwar Enterprises is seeking an experienced Accounts / Operations Manager to lead and oversee our financial and operational functions. This role involves managing a diverse set of responsibilities including accounts reconciliation, sales coordination, inventory and warehouse management, and overall logistics support. The ideal candidate must have a robust understanding of accounting principles coupled with strong operational skills to drive efficient business processes. The Accounts / Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of five persons, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity within the department. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in Microsoft Excel, ERP software, and supply chain management to enhance reporting accuracy, streamline sales order processing, and optimize inventory control. This role requires an analytical mindset and exceptional organizational skills to maintain compliance, improve workflows, and contribute to Anwar Enterprises operational success. Effective communication skills are critical to liaise with various internal teams and external partners to support business goals.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage the accounts and operations team, driving team productivity and professional development.
Oversee all accounts reconciliation activities to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate sales operations, including sales order processing, order fulfillment, and customer communication to maintain high service standards.
Manage inventory levels through effective inventory management practices to prevent overstocking and stockouts.
Supervise warehouse coordination and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and efficient supply chain management.
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and complex formulas to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.
Implement and optimize ERP software functionalities to enhance the accuracy and speed of financial and operational tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve process efficiency.
Monitor supply chain procedures and logistics coordination to maintain streamlined operations and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with all accounting and operational standards and contribute to internal audits and reporting processes.
Develop and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships to support sales order fulfillment and logistics.
Prepare regular management reports summarizing operational performance, financial status, and team progress.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to strategic operational planning for Anwar Enterprises.
