Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Supervise and manage customer interactions regarding Oppo phone reviews, ensuring customers’ queries and feedback are addressed promptly and professionally.
Customer Calls & Outreach: Directly connect with customers via phone or other communication channels to solicit and follow up on feedback regarding their Oppo phone experience.
Brand Messaging: Ensure that brand messages, promotions, and updates related to Oppo phones are communicated effectively to customers through phone calls, emails, or other channels.
Team Supervision: Lead and support a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, response times, and review collection.
Training & Development: Train and guide team members on best practices for customer engagement, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and review submissions. Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and assess customer interactions to ensure they align with brand guidelines and maintain high standards of service.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into business strategies and that brand messaging is consistent across all touchpoints.
