Job Responsibilities:
- Validate the observations reported by the previous consultant in the Supply Chain Consultant Report.
- Assess the progress of the Procurement department over the next six months.
- Identify any remaining gaps in department procedures, processes, and SOPs.
- Draft and present a report on existing procurement gaps and the progress made by the Procurement team post-consultancy.
- The consultant will visit sites, review records, interview employees, discussion with HR & concerned employees and determine what is still missing or not yet achieved by the Procurement team.
- Review and validate the previous consultant's observations and the Procurement Head's responses, confirming the authenticity of the supply chain consultancy process thus far.
- Ultimately, the consultant will deliver a comprehensive report and present findings to SMT members, highlighting areas and processes that require further focus.
