Entering Data: Inputting data into computer systems from various sources such as paper documents, electronic files, or databases.
Verifying Accuracy: Ensuring that the data entered is accurate and complete by reviewing and verifying information for discrepancies or errors.
Maintaining Records: Organizing and maintaining electronic and hard copy files and databases for efficient data management.
Data Cleansing: Identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Data Formatting: Formatting data according to predefined templates or guidelines to maintain consistency and readability.
Data Retrieval: Retrieving and extracting information from databases or files as requested by users or supervisors.
Data Entry Speed and Accuracy: Meeting productivity targets for data entry speed while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Confidentiality: Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and adhering to data protection policies and regulations.
Reporting: Generating reports or summaries based on entered data for analysis or decision-making purposes.
Communicating: Collaborating with team members or supervisors to clarify instructions, resolve issues, or provide updates on data entry tasks.
Quality Assurance: Participating in quality assurance activities to ensure data integrity and reliability.
Adapting to Software Tools: Using various software tools and applications for data entry and management, such as spreadsheets, databases, and specialized data entry software.

Experience: Must have 1+ years
