Android Developer Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Android Developer Intern to join our team in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site internship is designed for fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of experience who have a keen interest in mobile app development. The role focuses on building Android applications using Kotlin and offers a great opportunity to develop practical skills in a collaborative environment. Candidates should have a basic understanding of programming concepts and be familiar with AI tools that support coding and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Android applications using Kotlin, following best practices and project guidelines.
- Implement core Android concepts and architectural patterns such as MVVM to ensure scalable and maintainable code.
- Integrate REST APIs and use Retrofit for network communication within the apps.
- Utilize debugging tools and manage version control with Git to maintain code quality and troubleshoot issues.
- Apply AI tools to assist in coding, research, debugging, and continuous learning processes.
- Work closely with team members to improve app features and enhance user experience.
- Show eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving development practices.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Kotlin and foundational Android development skills are essential.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), MVVM architecture, REST APIs, and Retrofit library.
- Familiarity with Git for version control and debugging is required.
- Must have experience or knowledge of AI tools applied in coding, research, and debugging tasks.
- Strong passion for Android development, quick learning ability, and high energy levels are important.
- Candidates must be located in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and available for on-site work.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience or familiarity with Firebase is a plus and will be considered an advantage.
- Having personal projects or utility apps developed independently will strengthen the application.
- Candidates specializing exclusively in Flutter will not be considered, as this internship focuses solely on Kotlin-based Android development.
