Reporting directly to the COO, the CHRO manages a diverse and dynamic team of 100 HR professionals. The role involves fostering a high-performance culture by establishing effective performance management systems and leading major organizational changes like restructuring and workforce optimization. The incumbent serves as the key driver of initiatives on talent acquisition for leadership and technical roles, succession planning, and employee capability development, while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and corporate governance. Additionally, the CHRO spearheads technological advancements in HR through digitization, automation, and transformation projects, ensuring Anchor Development Group remains innovative and competitive in its human resource management.
