We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Call Center representative to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on selling products/services directly to individual customers, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities

Sales Activities:

  • Proactively engage with potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and chats.
  • Present, promote, and upsell products to meet customer needs.

Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Educate customers about product features, benefits, and pricing.

Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on individual and team sales performance.

Market Research:

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the team regarding customer preferences and market dynamics.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports.

Key Requirements

  • Education: High school
  • Experience in telesales, retail, or field sales is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
