Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations, including facility management and office supplies procurement.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities as necessary.
  • Assist with audits and compliance reviews as required.
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and promote open communication.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of HR and administrative documents.
  • Ensure data integrity and security.

Required Skill-Set:

  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Educational background in BBA (HR), MBA (HR), MS (HR) or a related field.
  • 06 Months to 01 years of previous experience in similar role; mainly administrative tasks.
