Client Relationship Manager

AMS Group is seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. The ideal candidate will have a rich background in customer relations, sales, or real estate, backed by at least ten years of experience. This role requires excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English, enabling clear and effective interactions with a diverse client base. The candidate will focus on delivering exceptional client service, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the companys growth strategy without managing a team.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that align with AMS Groups offerings.

Proactively engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction, address inquiries promptly, and resolve any issues efficiently.

Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling additional products or services to maximize client value and company revenue.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for attracting and retaining clients.

Provide detailed reports on client interactions, feedback, and market trends to management for informed decision-making.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services and fulfillment of client requirements.

Stay informed about industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions to support business continuity and compliance.

Participate in industry networking events and client meetings to promote AMS Groups brand and services.

Support the continuous improvement of client service processes to enhance overall client experience.
