Job Responsibilities:
- Generate B2C leads in the South region of Pakistan.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Engage in negotiations with potential clients and close sales deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in training and mentoring the sales team.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in a sales role.
- Track record of successfully generating B2C leads and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with market trends and competitor analysis.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, or a relevant field.
