Amazon Wholesale Procurement Specialist

MOKHU, a rapidly expanding e-commerce company based in Lahore, specializes in Amazon wholesale FBA operations across multiple international marketplaces. The company is seeking a Supplier Relations & Procurement Executive to join its team on a full-time, on-site basis in Muslim Town, Lahore. The working hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, subject to change. This role is vital for managing recurring purchases and fostering long-term relationships with international suppliers, distributors, and brands. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the Amazon wholesale model, including sourcing accounts, negotiating pricing, securing deals, and maintaining a seamless purchasing pipeline to support the company’s growing supplier network.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recurring purchase orders with existing suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of products.
- Initiate contact with new suppliers, brands, and distributors through email outreach and cold calling.
- Conduct meetings and calls to build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and discounts to secure favorable deals.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and internal tracking sheets with accurate supplier and order information.
- Prepare regular reports detailing the status of the supplier pipeline, purchasing activities, and deal performance.
- Share best practices and provide training to junior team members to support team development.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to align purchasing activities with demand forecasts.

Required Qualifications

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Wholesale FBA, including supplier sourcing, brand and distributor approvals, wholesale account management, and managing the full purchasing cycle.
- Demonstrated expertise in procurement, supplier relations, or vendor management within the Amazon wholesale ecosystem.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage in calls with suppliers from the US, Canada, and other international markets.
- Proficiency in cold calling, email outreach, and negotiation with international suppliers.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Sheets, Excel, and generating structured reports.
- Willingness to work evening or night shifts to align with international time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Ability to reliably commute to or relocate within Lahore before starting employment.
