We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Communication Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to brands, obtaining approvals, managing email communications, and enhancing our client relationships. This role is crucial to our operations and requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential brands that align with our clients' needs.
- Initiate contact with brands via email and phone to obtain product sheets and necessary approvals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand representatives to facilitate ongoing collaboration.
- Manage and document all communications with brands, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow from brand approval to product listing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve brand outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Amazon FBA or wholesale services.
- Familiarity with market research tools such as Keepa and Google.
