Amazetec Solutions, a dynamic and innovative technology and digital solutions company based in Johar Town, Lahore, is seeking an experienced and motivated Google & Meta Ads Manager to join its team. This full-time, on-site role requires a digital marketing professional with a strong background in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms to drive lead generation and optimize campaign performance. The ideal candidate possesses extensive knowledge of campaign management, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and performance analytics, complemented by the ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and management to align campaigns with business objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing diverse paid media campaigns across various Google and Meta advertising channels. Managing a small team of two individuals, the candidate will ensure the efficient execution of advertising strategies, oversee budget management, and lead data-driven optimizations to maximize return on investment. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing tactics to achieve target KPIs.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns for greater effectiveness.
- Create, manage, and refine Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram focusing on lead generation, conversion, awareness, and retargeting objectives.
- Develop and segment custom audiences and lookalike audiences to improve targeting accuracy and campaign reach on Meta platforms.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel to accurately measure campaign performance.
- Regularly monitor and analyze campaign data, producing detailed reports for management to inform strategy adjustments and highlight areas for growth.
- Work closely with internal graphic design and video production teams to develop compelling and effective ad creatives that support campaign goals.
- Collaborate with management to ensure advertising strategies are aligned with the overall business objectives and marketing plans.
- Supervise and mentor a team of two advertising specialists, delegating tasks, and ensuring consistent performance and adherence to deadlines.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently across platforms, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to identify the most effective approaches for lead generation and conversion improvement.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, new tools, and platform updates to continuously enhance campaign strategies and execution.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and best practices across all campaigns to maintain account health and reputation.
- Optimize campaign budget distribution to prioritize high-performing channels and tactics, reducing cost per lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Provide training and support to junior staff on campaign management best practices, data analysis, and platform functionalities.
