Driver

Amarat Group is seeking an experienced and responsible Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least five years of proven experience in safe driving practices and vehicle operation. This role involves operating vehicles efficiently and safely to transport personnel, goods, or materials as required by the company. As the Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and secure transport services while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and performing routine checks. Additionally, this position includes managing a team of 20 persons, requiring strong organizational and leadership abilities to coordinate schedules and ensure smooth transportation operations. The Driver must adhere to all traffic laws and company policies, demonstrating excellent judgment and attention to detail to prevent accidents and protect passengers and cargo. This role demands a commitment to safety and reliability, working closely within a team environment to support the logistical needs of Amarat Group. Effective communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team are essential components to succeed in this position and contribute positively to the company's operations.
Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
Manage and coordinate the transportation schedules for a team of 20 persons to ensure efficient and timely movements.
Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to guarantee vehicle safety and operational readiness.
Plan and follow the most efficient routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
Ensure the secure loading and unloading of goods, maintaining accountability for transported items.
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, maintenance, and any incidents or accidents.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to provide updates on transit status and any delays.
Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the team, providing guidance and support where necessary.
Assist in training new drivers and team members on safe driving practices and company policies.
Respond promptly and professionally to emergency situations, taking appropriate action to resolve issues.
