Swimming Pool Supervisor

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed inspection and incident reports for management review.
Develop and implement safety training programs for pool staff to reduce risks and promote awareness.
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean and inviting pool environment.
Promote and support sales initiatives related to pool services and memberships to enhance business growth.
Coordinate maintenance schedules and repairs in collaboration with technical teams.
