Amanah group of companies is seeking a capable Swimming Pool Supervisor to oversee all aspects of pool operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for patrons. The supervisor will actively lead and coordinate a team of 8 personnel to deliver efficient service and maintain the highest standards of pool maintenance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience working in a swimming pool environment and possess a thorough understanding of pool operational requirements. The Swimming Pool Supervisor is responsible for conducting regular inspections, monitoring safety compliance, and preparing detailed reports on pool conditions and operational activities. This role also includes fostering a collaborative team atmosphere and encouraging professional growth within the team. Additionally, the supervisor will take an active role in generating sales by promoting pool services and memberships, contributing to the business growth of Amanah group of companies. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily pool operations to ensure safety and compliance with health standards.
  • Manage water quality through regular testing and appropriate chemical treatment.
  • Oversee the handling, storage, and documentation of pool chemicals according to safety protocols.
  • Conduct routine inspections to assess pool equipment, facility cleanliness, and overall safety conditions.
  • Lead, coordinate, and mentor a team of 8 pool staff to maintain high levels of performance and service quality.
  • Ensure adherence to all local regulations and safety standards related to swimming pools.
  • Prepare detailed inspection and incident reports for management review.
  • Develop and implement safety training programs for pool staff to reduce risks and promote awareness.
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean and inviting pool environment.
