GRAPHIC Designer

Altoheed Printer is seeking a talented full-time Graphic Designer to join our printing press team. The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW, and has a solid understanding of color theory and Creative Concept Development. This role requires strong skills in designing logos, product packaging, labels, boxes, brochures, business cards, stickers, and various other print media. The candidate must possess knowledge of the CMYK color mode, bleed, crop marks, and the ability to prepare print-ready files to ensure the highest quality output. Experience with printing press workflows is highly advantageous. Creativity, responsibility, and the ability to handle client revisions independently are essential aspects of this position. This role does not involve managing a team but requires the applicant to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Graphic Designer at Altoheed Printer will be entrusted with producing high-quality designs that align with client specifications and company standards. The salary offered ranges from PKR 20,000 to 25,000, commensurate with skills and experience. Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience and demonstrate a strong passion for visual communication and design excellence.
Responsibilities

Create and design logos, product packaging, labels, boxes, brochures, business cards, stickers, and all types of print media that meet client specifications and company standards.
Develop creative concepts and visual designs that effectively communicate the intended messages and brand identity.
Prepare print-ready files with accurate CMYK color mode, bleed, crop marks, and other technical specifications required for printing.
Collaborate with the printing press team to ensure designs are compatible with production workflows and printing processes.
Handle client revisions and feedback professionally while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Work independently and take responsibility for managing multiple design projects simultaneously from concept through to completion.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, printing technologies, and software updates to improve design quality and processes.
Ensure all artwork is delivered on time and meets the technical standards required for a flawless print output.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members to understand design requirements and deliver satisfactory results.
Maintain organized files and documentation related to design projects, revisions, and client communications.
