We are looking for talented individuals to undertake sales & marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize campaigns and events that can make a difference in our company’s success according to customer requirements. We mainly look for persons with a positive attitude, and that is self-motivated.
Job Responsibilities
Sell products creatively in a challenging market.
Be attentive to customer needs and assist.
Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other salespeople through various resources.
Coordinate with marketing teams for effective promotional campaigns.
Meet or exceed set sales targets.
Demonstrate superior time management skills and meet sales deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and deal with demands coming from various directions.
Field visit, if required, and file collection from the agency.
Identify and engage potential clients, including students and educational institutions.
Educational Requirements
A university degree doesn't guarantee you to make a successful career. There are loads of famous CEOs who did not graduate - just look at Bill Gates and Richard Branson!
Our ideal candidate should be goal-oriented and have basic knowledge of Sales and Admin. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
English A-Level equivalent or higher will be given priority.
Experience Requirements
Experience in Immigration & Education Consultancy Services or Travel and Tourism sectors is advantageous.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
Minimum age of 20 years.
Both genders are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with negotiation abilities.
Attention to detail and proactive attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Negotiation for candidates with suitable skills and proficiency is welcomed.
Note: Incentives will be provided based on sales.
Compensation & Other benefits:
Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Overtime allowance
Salary Review: Half Yearly
We offer 2 increments in a year and Position changes increment
