- Should have a solid grip on Cloud servers Linux WHM CPANEL (SSH, Linux shell scripting) & PLESK Windows
- Provide technical support to help our customers succeed with our solutions via tickets or on calls.
- Maintaining configuring servers and monitoring email applications and systems.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving software, and other network and system problems.
- Perform disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
- Technical Audits.
- Operating master consoles to monitor the performance of networks and computer systems.
- Working knowledge of wordpress, PHP & database
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Flexibility to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to communicate with people of all levels of technical understanding.
