Technical Sales & Operations Associate

Alpine Technologies is seeking a proactive Technical Sales & Operations Associate to join our team at our DHA phase-6, Karachi Ittehad Commercial office. This role requires a versatile professional with at least two years of experience in WordPress design, setup, and maintenance, who can manage client communications, digital sales tasks, and general office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and able to handle diverse responsibilities including building and maintaining WordPress websites, responding to client inquiries about web hosting and domain services, and supporting sales efforts to maximize revenue opportunities. This position involves managing day-to-day administrative duties, coordinating operational tasks, and occasionally conducting field visits for client or document handling, requiring own conveyance. The role offers a salary range of PKR 45,000 60,000 per month along with performance commissions and fuel allowances for outdoor tasks. Candidates should have a background in IT, Computer Science, Business, or relevant certifications, combined with strong communication and sales negotiation skills to effectively serve client needs and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Design and launch WordPress websites from scratch using page builders such as Elementor and Divi, ensuring high-quality, responsive web design tailored to client requirements. Configure and manage necessary plugins, oversee website maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Respond promptly to client inquiries related to web hosting plans, domain registration, and web solutions across multiple communication channels including email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to enhance customer value and company revenue.

Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, office coordination, and support for sales and operations activities to ensure smooth functioning of business processes and timely completion of operational objectives.

Conduct occasional outdoor visits to clients, perform bank runs, and handle document delivery or collection as necessary, ensuring efficient follow-up and completion of off-site tasks. Maintain a professional presence during fieldwork and manage travel logistics independently.

Collaborate with internal teams to align technical and sales activities, contribute insights for process improvements, and assist in developing strategies for enhanced customer engagement and operational efficiency.
