Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of weekly and monthly payroll for UK-based clients.
Handling VAT bookkeeping and assisting with year-end financial statements.
Communicating with clients via phone and email in professional English.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Assisting with other administrative and operational tasks as required.

Skills and Requirements:

Excellent English writing and speaking skills (required).
BS in English or equivalent qualification (preferred).
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
Familiarity with accounting software like IRIS, KashFlow, Sage, or Xero is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
