- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned US clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand clients’ business objectives and develop strategies to help them achieve their goals using our digital marketing services.
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
- Monitor client accounts, and provide regular reports and updates to clients.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, and address any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Graphic Designers, SEO-Managers, Web-Developers) to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Proactively identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work to present these to clients.
- Advocate for clients’ needs within the company and work to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant and effective advice.
