Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to develop and enhance our web-based applications using React.js, Node.js, and related technologies.
- Design and implement responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces and intuitive user experiences.
- Develop scalable and efficient back-end systems, APIs, and databases to support our applications.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality code and overall system performance.
- Continuously improve and optimize the application architecture and development processes.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in web development, particularly in the React ecosystem.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development, with a strong focus on React.js and Node.js.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code for complex web applications.
- Solid understanding of modern web development concepts, including component-based architectures, state management, and responsive design.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment and familiarity with related tools (e.g., JIRA, Git, CI/CD).
- Previous experience working in a startup environment is preferred, showcasing adaptability, ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Familiarity with generative AI technologies will be a significant plus.
- Background in the EdTech industry or a strong passion for education is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
