As a Maintenance Supervisor , you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. We are seeking a candidate with strong expertise in HVAC, mechanical, and electrical maintenance to oversee our maintenance team and ensure the continuous efficiency of our production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians to maintain equipment and facilities in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure they are operating at optimal levels.
Plan and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all critical equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Coordinate and oversee external contractors for specialized maintenance or repairs when required.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacement parts.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the maintenance department.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Manage inventory for maintenance parts and tools, ensuring availability for quick repairs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
Alternatively, a diploma or associate degree in any of the related fields may also be considered, especially if the candidate has extensive practical experience in maintenance and leadership.
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in HVAC, mechanical, and electrical maintenance.
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing setting (preferably food related).
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and electrical systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC certification, electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance certifications) preferred.
