Key Responsibilities:

  • Posting Information: Create and update listings of available properties on various online platforms.
  • Availability Check: Regularly check the availability of listed properties and ensure all information is current.
  • Photo Management: Coordinate and manage property photos, ensuring high-quality images are available for listings.
  • Client Assistance: Assist clients via phone or email, providing information about properties and responding to inquiries.
  • Communication: Maintain contact with potential partners and clients, fostering positive relationships and promptly meeting their needs.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to use online platforms and tools for posting real estate listings.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
