  • Strong understanding and capability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple channels.
  • Screening resumes and conducting interviews.
  • Managing the hiring process, from onboarding to final placement.
  • Coordinating with department heads to understand hiring needs.
