We are an ambitious and growing online retail business with a presence on major e-commerce platforms including eBay, Amazon, TikTok, Etsy, and Shopify. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented E-Commerce Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder and be instrumental in scaling our operations.
As our E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and growing our online stores across multiple platforms. You will handle everything from product sourcing and listings to obtaining brand approvals from Western companies. We are looking for someone who is hungry to succeed, highly motivated, has a low ego, speaks and writes English well, and is ready to take on a variety of responsibilities to help our business thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Sourcing: Identify and source products from suppliers, including Alibaba and other international channels, ensuring high quality and competitive pricing.
Brand Approvals: Proactively contact and negotiate with Western companies to obtain necessary brand approvals for selling their products on our platforms.
Product Listing: Create, optimize, and manage product listings on eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and TikTok Shop to maximize visibility and sales.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishments, and forecast demand to ensure optimal stock levels.
E-Commerce Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to grow our online presence and increase sales across all platforms.
Website Management: Assist in creating and managing websites, including updating product pages, maintaining content, and ensuring smooth site operation.
Marketing Support: Collaborate on marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing, to drive traffic and increase sales.
Data Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales data, customer feedback, and traffic reports, to guide decision-making.
Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, handle returns and refunds, and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Compliance: Ensure all listings and operations comply with platform policies and legal requirements.

Working Hours:
•Monday to Saturday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PST) - you can work from any city or location you like.
•Please note: We do not offer flexible work hours. You must be available to work during the specified times.
What We Offer:
Starting salary of 50,000 PKR per month for the first 3 months.
Performance-based bonuses and commission opportunities.
Salary reviews after 3 and 6 months, with the potential for significant salary increases (2-5x) over time-based on results and revenue targets.
