Ensure timely and personalized acknowledgment of donations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors.
• Coordinate donor meetings, visits, and events.
• Assist in developing and implementing fundraising strategies and campaigns.
• Develop proposals, grant applications
• Reporting to donors as per donor NGOs’ requirements
• Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate donor records and fundraising databases.
• Prepare regular reports on fundraising progress, donor engagement, and campaign performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with program staff to understand funding needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of donations.
• Provide support to the Fundraising Manager and other team members as needed.
