• Receive order details from customer and enter it in ERP after checking capacity with planning team.
  • Share details with relevant teams for smooth flow of execution.
  • Manage lean inventory of RM at different stages of supply chain to ensure for uninterested supply to customer. 
  • Coordinate with PD for timely sample development and submission after conducting PRAS with IE teams.
  • Coordinate with procurement to develop packaging timely as per customers guidelines.
  • Receive reports and concerned information from customer portal, compile reports and analyze data through appropriate tools, share information with customer, supervisors and teams.
  • Check order status and provide required information to the customer & relevant department; follow up with concerned departments; identify bottlenecks and provide solutions. 
  • Execute departmental planning and decision making for the day-to-day operations and maintaining a smooth flow of required communication.
  • PRAS assessment for new products along with PD team with Stakeholders
  •  Closely plan with the export team for vessel schedules and planning.
