Time Keeper

We are looking forward to hire Time Keeper who will be responsible for accurately tracking and recording employee work hours, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role involves managing attendance records, calculating payroll, and maintaining timekeeping systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and monitor start and end times of shifts, breaks, and overtime.
Verify employee attendance, absences, and time off requests.
Calculate and process payroll accurately.
Maintain and update timekeeping systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare and distribute timekeeping reports.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in timekeeping software and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
