We are seeking an office all-rounder with experience in business administration, accounts & inventory management. 

Job Description

  • Answering and making phone and email inquires.
  • Database management & client onboarding. Maintaining client documents to our database.
  • Ensure Client invoicing is conducted upon completion of works or as required and carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain accounts receivable and payable.
  • Maintain daily cash book.
  • Maintain and update records, documents, and files related to various administrative matters, including contracts, correspondence, and reports.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation procedures are followed for easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Maintain record of Human Resource profiles along with the leaves utilized etc.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis for Admin records as required.
  • Coordination in assisting visitors, guests, and clients in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
  • Assist in management for the ERP System of the company.
  • Responsible for Count Check of the Inventory and successful deliveries to the client.
  • Manage the arrangement for the transportation of the deliveries and visit of the staff outside the city.

Skill & Experience

  • Experience working in an admin / accounts role. Working understanding of bookkeeping, quotes & invoicing procedures.
  • Ability to adapt to new software. An excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong, clear communication skills written and verbal.
  • Moderate to advanced Microsoft Office Skills. Specifically for Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum Education & Experience: Bachelor & 02 Years in relevant field / 05 Years in relevant field
