Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiently operate and maintain computer systems.
  • Create, format, and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining digital and physical files.
  • Troubleshoot basic computer and software issues.
  • Collaborate with other team members to support office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Computer Operator.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in MS Office is a plus.
