- Generating and recording Invoices, Customers’ profile, and Receipts in Accounting Software
- Generating Invoices by various policies issued by Sales from time to time
- Supervision and executed of collection process in coordination with the Sales Team, Customers and Banks
- Preparing and submitting zonal office EERs to the Finance Department in the Head Office for Reimbursement
- Preparation is the submission of various system reports to the zonal team as well as to the Head Office
- Customer support about policies, policy rates, discounts, and Customer Ledgers
- Follow up with Sales Team and Customers for receivables
- Periodic Stock Taking
- Undertaking various administrative and HR-related responsibilities at the Zonal Office like;
- Maintaining Office stationery
- Office supplies and other entertainment expenses for official guests
- General repair and maintenance
- Taking over company belongings from relieving employees e.g. Car, Mobile, RT Books etc.
- Petty Cash handling
