Data Entry Operator

You will be responsible for accurately entering and updating information into our company ERP System, ensuring data integrity and consistency. You will also assist in organizing files, reviewing records, and performing other clerical tasks as required. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Input and update data into company ERP systems and databases with high accuracy.
Review and verify data for errors and inconsistencies.
Maintain and organize paper and digital files.
Perform data cleansing tasks to ensure data quality.
Assist in generating reports and preparing documents as needed.
Respond to data-related queries and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or Microsoft office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar clerical role.
Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
Familiarity with data management software (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word) and office equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
