This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Alfah Solutions located in DHA 2 Islamabad.

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new sales leads, building relationships with prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Lead Management 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠:
  • Identify and qualify potential clients interested in real estate investments.
  • Initiate outbound calls and cold calls to Generate new business with potential Prospects
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare data and sales reports

𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

  • Address client inquiries and provide detailed information about our availability and services.

𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐬:

  • Work towards and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure collective success.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
