Graphic Designer

Aldo International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least two years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will use their expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Corel Draw to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals. This role focuses on producing designs for digital and print media, ensuring consistency and high quality in all visual materials. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to develop visual concepts, layouts, and graphics from conception to final production. The position does not involve managing or leading a team but requires strong individual skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional groups. The candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuously enhancing design standards and creative approaches.

Responsibilities

Create and design visual content such as advertisements, brochures, logos, and social media graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Corel Draw.
Develop original concepts and layouts that capture the brand's message and engage target audiences.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective designs.
Prepare files for print and digital publication, ensuring all visuals meet quality standards and technical specifications.
Maintain consistency in design across various media by adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
Revise and update existing graphics and visual content based on feedback and evolving marketing needs.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously within given deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance creative output.
