3D Designer

Aldo International Pvt. Ltd is seeking a skilled 3D Designer with a strong foundation in 3D modeling, rendering, structure design, and material understanding to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience designing and developing detailed and realistic 3D product models, with a specific understanding of products related to Point of Sale Materials. This role demands precision, creativity, and the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling 3D designs that align with the company's quality standards and marketing objectives. The 3D Designer will work independently to create innovative designs that enhance product presentation and functionality without managing a team. The 3D Designer will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure designs meet technical specifications and client requirements. The role requires proficiency in industry-standard design software and an eye for detail in texture, material properties, and structural integrity. The designer should also stay current with evolving design trends and technologies to consistently produce high-quality visuals that support the company's growth and brand identity.

Responsibilities

Create detailed 3D models, renderings, and visualizations of Point of Sale Materials and related products that accurately represent design intent and materials.
Develop structural designs and layouts that enhance product functionality and visual appeal while considering manufacturing constraints and material properties.
Translate design concepts and sketches into fully realized 3D product models to facilitate prototyping, marketing, and production planning.
Collaborate with product development, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet both aesthetic and practical requirements.
Maintain a thorough understanding of different materials and their behaviors to apply realistic textures and finishes to 3D models.
Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders to ensure high-quality and client-satisfactory deliverables.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Stay updated on the latest 3D design software, tools, and industry trends to enhance design techniques and output quality.
Prepare and present design proposals or visual content for internal reviews and client presentations.
Ensure all 3D design files and documentation are accurately organized and maintained according to company standards.
