We are looking for an in-house Accountant who would manage your business and do everything from day-to-day bookkeeping to creating annual budgets and reports.
The positions required are:
- Establishment of sales invoices for our customers
- Preparation of daily sales journals
- Sales follow-up
- Perform daily bank reconciliations
- Communicate with our suppliers to keep track of invoices to be paid
- Communicate with our customers to keep our customer accounts up to date
- Prepare monthly cash statements to inform management of the amount of cash needed to meet current business obligations
- Prepare monthly budgets to set objectives and analyze variances to assess why these objectives are not achieved
- Coordinate with our external accountants by submitting our logs to them, assisting them in preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns and annual financial statements
