As an Assistant Manager After Sales, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth through excellent service and support. You will leverage your technical expertise to provide solutions, address client inquiries, and build long-term relationships with our customers.

Qualifications:

Experience in Power generations parts sales) CAT, Jenbacher and MTU sales experience will be preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent experience
With 4-5 years of exp. in sales / technical support, preferably in the powergeneration or industrial equipment sector
Strong technical knowledge of generators and related systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software·
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the Engineering Parts distribution Industry is a must.
