Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork
Monitor performance and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Maintain a high standard, resolving issues and handling complaints
Prepare and manage store budgets, controlling expenses and maximizing profitability.
Prepare reports for upper management on store performance and key metrics

Qualification:

MBA/MS (Supply-ChainManagement ) or equvilant
7-8 years of relevant warehousing experience in healthcare sector
