Scheduling appointments and keep those appointments on time.
Book, modify, and cancel patient, appointment according to guidelines.
Answering the telephone and answering any inquiries.
Using a computer, hospital software, and other technology to keep information organized and up-to-date.
Provide necessary information to the patients regarding the treatment services offered in the hospital and entertain all kinds of queries personally or by telephone.
Greet the patients with a considerate and polite attitude
Ensure patient details are up to date, including phone numbers, emergency contacts, address, cultural background, and nationality card numbers.
