Project Manager

This is a full-time on-site role as Manager Projects at Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital located in Rawalpindi. Manager Projects will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within the Trust. This includes planning, organizing, and implementing projects, ensuring proper communication and collaboration among team members, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. The incumbent will work closely with different departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering duly recognized by PEC with Project Management qualification.
Proven experience of 6-8 years in project management and scheduling of civil projects
Hands on experience of Project Management Software such as Primavera.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
Experience in the healthcare or non-profit sector is a plus
