• Prepare patients for eye examinations and procedures.
  • Take patient medical history, including ocular history and any current eye symptoms.
  • Assist in eye medications, including dilation drops.
  • Maintain patient records and accurately documented results from tests and procedures.
  • Operate and maintain ophthalmic equipment and ensure it is calibrated correctly.
  • Monitor patient comfort and ensure a smooth patient flow during appointments.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, follow-up visits, and any necessary referrals.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of examination rooms and equipment.
